How to Apply

Partner Universities

  1. Home Institution must send nomination via email to: . The nomination email should include student's name, gender, email address, study program and level, and exchange period at ITAM.
  2. Exchange Students will receive a welcoming email after being nominated so they know we are processing their application.The welcoming email includes instructions and necessary formats to be filled by the student.
  3. After receiving passport information and the filled application form, a package will be dispatched by email and regular mail to the Home Institution for further distribution to the students. The package includes an acceptance letter, useful for those who need to apply for visa, immigration formalities and housing and health insurance information. 

Visiting Students

Students from universities without an agreement with ITAM must come as visiting students. In order to inform you the requisites, please get in touch with the International Office by sending an email to
